Lineup Lessons – Gameweek 6 – Part One

Jose Mourinho drops Wayne Rooney to the bench as United hammer Leicester City at Old Trafford. Hull’s cut-price keeper Eldin Jakupovic makes way for David Marshall in goal, while Antonio Conte shifts to a three-man defence midway through Chelsea’s loss at the Emirates.

Arsenal

Starting XI: Cech; Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin (Xhaka 32), Cazorla, Iwobi (Gibbs 69), Ozil, Walcott; Sanchez (Giroud 79).

  • Arsene Wenger named an unchanged starting XI from the one that beat Hull City 4-1 for the visit of Chelsea to the Emirates.
  • That meant Alexis Sanchez continued to operate as a central striker in the 4-2-3-1 formation, while Santi Cazorla and Francis Coquelin once again combined in the double-pivot.
  • Coquelin was forced off with a knee injury after 32 minutes, though, with Granit Xhaka taking his place in a straight swap. Kieran Gibbs then came on in place of Alex Iwobi in a slightly defensive change by Wenger, with the England international playing just in front of left-back Nacho Monreal. The final substitution saw Olivier Giroud take over from Sanchez up front for the final 11 minutes.
  • If Coquelin’s injury rules him out of Sunday’s trip to Burnley, Xhaka should take his place in midfield. Given the impressive nature of the 3-0 victory over Chelsea, Giroud appears unlikely to earn a recall for now, with the front four expected to remain unchanged.
  • Current Status: Settled
    Risk Areas: Central Midfield

    Bournemouth

Starting XI: Boruc; A Smith, Cook, Francis, Daniels; Stanislas, Arter, Surman, Ibe (Gradel 70); Wilshere (Gosling 76); Wilson (Afobe 90).

    • Eddie Howe only made one alteration for the home encounter against Everton, with Callum Wilson earning a recall in place of Josh King.
    • Wilson returned as the lone striker for the Cherries, in what was more of a 4-2-3-1 used by Howe, with Junior Stanislas (right) and Jordan Ibe (left) operating in advanced wide positions either side of Jack Wilshere in the number ten role.
    • Ibe again failed to complete the full 90 minutes, making way for Max Gradel with 20 minutes remaining in a straight swap. Dan Gosling then came on for Wilshere in a slightly defensive move to help preserve the 1-0 lead, with Gosling playing deeper alongside Andrew Surman and Harry Arter in central midfield. Benik Afobe got a run-out late on in place of Wilson in attack.
    • Following Bournemouth’s best performance of the season, Howe may consider naming an unchanged starting XI for the trip to Watford. He will need to monitor the fitness of Adam Smith, who received a knock to the face last weekend – Simon Francis could move over to right-back to cover in his potential absence, with Nathan Ake or Marc Wilson coming in at centre-half. The likes of Gradel and King offer different options in the wide positions, but neither player appears likely to force their way into the starting XI for now.

    Current Status: Settled
    Risk Areas: Right-Back, Flanks

    Chelsea

Starting XI: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Luiz, Azpilicueta; Kante, Matic; Willian (Pedro 71), Fabregas (Alonso 55), Hazard (Batshuayi 71); Costa.

    • Antonio Conte only made one adjustment for the London derby against Arsenal, with Cesc Fabregas handed his first league start of the season in place of Oscar.
    • Fabregas started alongside Nemanja Matic in central midfield in the 4-1-4-1 formation, with the back four somewhat surprisingly unchanged from the one that started in the 2-1 defeat to Liverpool.
    • With his side 3-0 down, Conte made his first substitution 10 minutes into the second half, with Marcos Alonso replacing Fabregas. That change saw Conte switch to a 3-5-2 formation, with Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta operating as wing-backs, and Branislav Ivanovic joining Gary Cahill and David Luiz in central defence. Willian moved into central midfield next to N’Golo Kante and Matic, with Eden Hazard shifting into a central position alongside Diego Costa in attack. Conte then made a double substitution after 71 minutes, with Pedro and Michy Batshuayi replacing Willian and Hazard, seeing his side switch to more of a 3-4-3 system.
    • After another poor performance, particularly defensively, Conte looks set to make changes for the trip to Hull City. Having switched to a back three midway through the match on Saturday, he could start with a 3-4-3 at the KCOM Stadium. Either Ivanovic or Cahill could drop out of the side if John Terry is available following an ankle injury, with Alonso and Azpilicueta or Ivanovic starting as wing-backs. Fabregas may return to the bench, with Kante and Matic manning central midfield. If he considered a 3-5-2 formation, Willian could miss out, with Hazard perhaps playing centrally next to Costa, and one of Fabregas or Oscar earning a spot in the middle of the park. Batshuayi is another who could be considered for a start.

    Current Status: Very Unsettled
Risk Areas: Defence, Central Midfield, Flanks

    Crystal Palace

Starting XI: Mandanda; Ward, Tomkins, Delaney, Kelly (Fryers 75); Ledley; Puncheon (Lee Chung-yong 90), McArthur, Cabaye (Wickham 73), Townsend; Benteke.

    • Alan Pardew was forced into making two changes for the trip to the Stadium of Light, with Damien Delaney and Yohan Cabaye coming in for the injured Scott Dann and Wilfried Zaha (both hamstring).
    • Delaney started alongside James Tomkins in central defence, with Cabaye stationed in the number ten role in the 4-2-3-1 formation, with Jason Puncheon pushed out to the right wing.
    • Cabaye lasted 73 minutes, before being replaced in an attacking change by Connor Wickham as Palace looked to find an equaliser by switching to a 4-4-2 formation. Zeki Fryers then took over from Martin Kelly at left-back for the final 15 minutes, with Pardew’s final change seeing Lee Chung-yong come on for Puncheon for the final few minutes.
    • Fryers impressed against the Black Cats, grabbing an assist, and he could now put pressure on Kelly for the starting position at left-back. Should Zaha be passed fit for the trip to Goodison Park, Ledley could drop down to the bench, allowing Cabaye to move into the double-pivot. Puncheon could then shift into the number ten role, with Zaha coming in on the right.

    Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Left-Back, Central Midfield, Flanks

    Everton

Starting XI: Stekelenburg; Coleman, Jagielka, Williams, Oviedo; Gueye (Valencia 81), Barry (Cleverley 55); Bolasie, Barkley, Mirallas (Deulofeu 60); Lukaku.

    • Ronald Koeman was forced into making one change from the side that beat Middlesbrough 3-1 for the trip to Bournemouth, with Bryan Oviedo coming in for Leighton Baines, who was ruled out with a hamstring injury.
    • Oviedo slotted in at left-back for the Toffees, then, with Koeman otherwise sticking with his favoured 4-2-3-1 formation.
    • But with his side trailing 1-0, Koeman turned to Tom Cleverley and Gerard Deulofeu during the first 15 minutes of the second half, with Gareth Barry and Kevin Mirallas making way in straight swaps. As a final roll of the dice, Enner Valencia was introduced in place of Idrissa Gueye, ending the match in a 4-1-3-2 formation, with Valencia and Romelu Lukaku in attack.
    • Baines faces a race against time to be fit for Friday night’s home fixture against Crystal Palace; Oviedo will likely deputise once more should the England international be ruled out. Barry had a slight niggle heading into Saturday’s match but he appears likely to be fine to start against the Eagles. Deulofeu offers an alternative to Mirallas on the left wing, with Ross Barkley’s starting spot also slightly uncertain, although he’s expected to retain a starting role.

    Current Status: Settled
    Risk Areas: Left-Back, Central Midfield

    Hull City

Starting XI: Marshall, Elmohamady, Livermore, Davies, Robertson, Huddlestone (Maguire 46), Mason (Henriksen 73), Snodgrass, Clucas, Diomande (Meyler 32), Hernandez.

    • Caretaker manager Mike Phelan made two alterations for the trip to Anfield, with David Marshall starting in goal in place of Eldin Jakupovic, while Ryan Mason came in for David Meyler.
    • Mason started alongside Tom Huddlestone in midfield in the 4-1-4-1 formation, with Sam Clucas again stationed in the defensive midfield role in front of the back four.
    • Phelan had to change his plans during the first half, though, following Ahmed Elmohamady’s sending off after 29 minutes. Phelan brought on Meyler in place of Adama Diomande, with the Republic of Ireland international filling in at right-back. Then at half-time, Harry Maguire replaced Huddlestone, helping form a five-man backline, leaving Mason, Robert Snodgrass and Clucas in midfield. Phelan’s final substitution saw Markus Henriksen handed his Premier League debut in place of Mason in a straight swap.
    • With Elmohamady suspended for the visit of Chelsea to the KCOM Stadium, Phelan could turn to Maguire or Meyler to fill-in at right-back, with youngsters Josh Clackstone or Josh Tymon other alternatives. The likes of Henriksen and Shaun Maloney offer different options to Diomande on the left wing, although he may keep his starting berth for another week. Marshall now looks set for a run in the side in goal in place of Jakupovic.

    Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Goalkeeper, Right-Back, Central Midfield

    Leicester

Starting XI: Zieler; Simpson, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs; Mahrez (King 46), Amartey, Drinkwater, Albrighton (Schlupp 62); Vardy (Gray 46), Slimani.

    • Claudio Ranieri named an unchanged side from the one that beat Burnley 3-0 for the trip to Old Trafford.
    • Islam Slimani once again partnered Jamie Vardy in attack in the 4-4-2 formation then, while Daniel Amartey kept his starting spot alongside Danny Drinkwater in the engine room.
    • But with the Foxes 4-0 down at half-time, Ranieri made two substitutions, with Andy King and Demarai Gray coming on in place of Riyad Mahrez and Vardy. Marc Albrighton then made way for Jeffrey Schlupp just after the hour mark, with those changes seeing Leicester line up in a more of a 4-3-3 system, with Schlupp (right) and Gray (left) flanking central striker Slimani.
    • With Leicester facing Porto in the Champions League in midweek before Sunday’s home clash against Southampton, Ranieri could look to rotate against Saints, particularly in attack. Shinji Okazaki and Ahmed Musa offer alternative options, although Slimani and Vardy do appear his first choice pairing. Gray may also push for a start after scoring a spectacular goal against United, while Nampalys Mendy (ankle) could also be close to a return, putting pressure on Amartey in central midfield. In goal, Kasper Schmeichel returned to training today following a groin injury.

    Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Goalkeeper, Central Midfield, Flanks, Strikers

    Liverpool

Starting XI: Karius, Clyne, Matip, Klavan, Milner, Lallana (Sturridge 69), Henderson (Can 74), Wijnaldum, Mane, Firmino, Coutinho (Grujic 74).

    • Jurgen Klopp made three changes from the side that beat Chelsea 2-1 for the home clash against Hull City, with Loris Karius, Ragnar Klavan and Roberto Firmino starting in place of Simon Mignolet, Dejan Lovren and Daniel Sturridge.
    • Klavan started next to Joel Matip in central defence, with Lovren missing out due to illness. Firmino returned in the “false nine” role, with Sadio Mane (right) and Philippe Coutinho (left) forming the rest of the front three in Klopp’s favoured 4-3-3 formation.
    • Klopp’s first substitution saw Sturridge replace Adam Lallana after 69 minutes, seeing Liverpool switch to more of a 4-2-3-1, with Firmino moving into the number ten role behind the England international. Emre Can and Marko Grujic then replaced Jordan Henderson and Coutinho with 16 minutes remaining.
    • Providing Lovren recovers from his illness, he should replace Klavan in central defence for Saturday’s trip to Swansea. Klopp may consider bringing Sturridge back into the side, but it’s expected he’ll continue with Firmino, Mane and Coutinho given how well the team performed against Hull. Karius now looks set to remain the first choice keeper after he got the nod in goal against the Tigers.

    Current Status: Settled
Risk Areas: Central Defence, Central Striker

    Man City

Starting XI: Bravo; Sagna (Zabaleta 78), Stones, Otamendi, Kolarov; Fernandinho; De Bruyne (Navas 81), Gundogan (Fernando 69), Silva, Sterling; Aguero.

    • Pep Guardiola made three changes for the trip to Swansea City, with John Stones starting in place of Gael Clichy, while Sergio Aguero returned from suspension to replace Kelechi Iheanacho. The final change saw the fit-again David Silva come in for the suspended Nolito.
    • Stones started alongside Nicolas Otamendi in central defence, with Aleksandar Kolarov moving across to left-back. Silva was stationed in central midfield alongside Ilkay Gundogan, with Kevin de Bruyne moved to the right wing in the 4-1-4-1 formation. He and Raheem Sterling switched flanks regularly, though, particularly in the second half. Aguero led the line for City in south Wales.
    • Guardiola’s first substitution saw Fernando come on in place of Gundogan, with Fernandinho then moving forward next to Silva, leaving Fernando in the defensive midfield role. Pablo Zabaleta then took over at right-back in place of Bacary Sagna for the final 12 minutes. Guardiola’s final substitution saw Jesus Navas replace the injured De Bruyne, who picked up a hamstring injury.
    • Reports indicate that De Bruyne may well be set for a spell on the sidelines hamstring injury, so Navas or Leroy Sane look set to come into the starting XI at Tottenham on Sunday. Guardiola has options in the full-back positions, and he could rotate depending on who starts against Celtic in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

    Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Full-Backs, Flanks, Central Midfield

    Man United

Starting XI: De Gea; Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Blind; Herrera, Pogba; Lingard (Carrick 78), Mata (Young 87), Rashford (Rooney 83); Ibrahimovic.

    • Jose Mourinho made four changes for the home encounter against champions Leicester, with Daley Blind, Ander Herrera, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata coming in for Luke Shaw, Marouane Fellaini, Anthony Martial and Wayne Rooney.
    • Blind slotted in at left-back for United, while Ander Herrera started in the defensive midfield role alongside the more advanced Paul Pogba in the 4-2-3-1 formation. Lingard started on the right wing, with Mata in the number ten role and Marcus Rashford on the left.
    • With the match won, Mourinho brought on Michael Carrick, Rooney and Ashley Young during the final 12 minutes, with Lingard, Rashford and Mata making way.
    • Following the emphatic 4-1 win, Mourinho could stick with the same starting XI for the home clash against Stoke City on Sunday. Shaw wasn’t 100% fit to play on Saturday due to a groin problem, but with Mourinho having criticised the England international, and with Blind performing well against the Foxes, the Dutchman looks likely to retain his starting role. Likewise, Lingard may remain in the side even if Anthony Martial (calf) or Henrikh Mkhitaryan (thigh) are passed fit.

    Current Status: Settled
    Risk Areas: Left-Back, Flanks

Bench Capoue on account of Bournemouth defence being quite good and him having one shot a game from distance.

57 points. Rank is still miserable, but improving.
Rough: Benching Heaton and bringing in Baines instead of Coleman (not that awful but could've made a difference)
Smooth: Aguero (C) back to business as well as finally bringing in Sanchez. Janssen as well.

After last weeks heroics went with Capoue over Defoe again, pretty rough

Also let down by Firmino and Antonio though to be fair

Smooth - swapping Rashford in for Ibra to find Aguero

Rough : Still outside the 100k. Had Ibra, Iwobi and Firmino who did nothing in teams that scored bucket loads.

Smooth: A 100k jump from 220k to 124k. Had Ibra, Firmino and Iwobi that look primed for points in teams in form.

Climbed inside the top 10k over the weekend with my wildcard. Currently sitting on 8,489.

Improved my midfield and attack with the WC but I have ended up with Jakupović/Pickford and Baines so my defence has ended up needing more work than it did before.

Rough - took -4 hit Ozil (10pts) OUT >> Firmino(2pts) IN and benched Heaton (7pts) over Pickford (1pts) (FFS picks)!!

Rose from 192,318 to 51,131. Cannot really argue with that.

My teams in other formats of the game got fairly shafted though. I cannot beleive I benched Bellerin twice and sold him on one occasion

Got only my second green arrow of the season, so mostly pleased. Not happy with four 0's on my defenders though, and benching Joe Allen wasnt a very good move.

Onwards and upwards though, and Im deffo playing Allen for his hattrick at Old Trafford.

Jonty. This one is for you 😉

          Smooth:

Needed to bring in Aguero like many others. Did Ozil, Hazard and Benteke -> Aguero (c), Milner and Firmino for a hit.

          10+2+7 -> 26 +14+ 2 - 4. Gained 19 points

Milner was not in my consideration at all until I checked your Assist Imminent table and saw he was creating a lot of chances and figured he will practically be LW rather than LB against Hull which was the case. Was hoping for an assist or a penalty goal at best. Got rewarded with 2 goals so very happy with that. Even though Ozil and benteke both did well, the upside with captaining Aguero makes up for it and my team is better long term. Ended up with 67 points and a rank jump to 11k.

You need to add the (c) points from whoever you would have used to the first part of the equation, but it won't change it by much I'm guessing. Nice effort! 🙂

          Rough:
Brought in Lovren who didn't play, neither did Baines and went for Firmino over Coutinho which was my main error.

          56 for me...

Rough; Sold Keane on my wildcard! I'd picked him and Dawson purposely to double up with their keepers but had to sell both on wildcard to free up funds... Grim sea of 2 points in midfield too. Last week it was Benteke, this week Firmino.

Smooooth; Costa>Aguero worked beautifully and even better that Costa got booked to justify the decision. Started Heaton over Foster too.

          Happy with my week overall.

58 points, up to 51K. Decent WIldcard, but still got the defense wrong (not that there is a right one this year , is there.)

Rough: Kept Jaku on WC, Switching from Koscielny and Coleman to Walker and Baines right before deadline.
Smooth: Kept Sanchez, Lukaku and Sterling on WC, which have now turned into great differentials against top ML rivals. Aguero (C) BAU

            Pretty happy overall. All smooth:
            - -4 to change Lamela/Hazard/Ibra (total 5 points) for Mane/Sterling/Kun (c) (39 points)
            - Tekkers/Ozil/Heaton all delivering

Benteke (7) Ozil (10) and Hazard (2) OUT might look bad on paper...

But in came Aguero (13), Lallana (15) and Fletcher (benched; 2).

7 points up on the deal, but would more than likely have gone for Ibra captain without Aguero so I'm looking it as 18 points up 🙂

few price rises too! Very happy.

Let's be clear, this week was smooth. One of the many wildcarders with Aguero (C), Rashford, Sanchez, Coutinho, and Sterling, my score of 73 raised my rank from 133,000 to the top 27,000.

Still, I've picked up 14 points from defenders over the last 3 weeks (with Heaton on my bench last night), so I'm apprehensive of my chances with Fuchs, Williams, and Holebas in D.

Rough: Played AOA and lost a point... brought Lallana in for his 1 as well as captaining Ibra's 2 with a host of other 2's in attack. Heaton lost his clean sheet with the last minute hand of god.

Smooth: Koscielny was the man with the hand so the points evened out, and Firmino finally came through.

Not as threatening as Gerrard from open play, but Liverpool's midfield certainly could gain plenty of penalties for Milner, like Suarez did for Gerrard in Liverpool's most successful recent season.

Milner may possibly turn out to be the best value of the Liverpool midfielders this season. 🙂

Is this the season that form trumps fixtures?

Rashford v Ibra - Sterling v KDB - Lallana v Et Al, should the budget options be considered? Form probably, but is there any need to make the savings with the lack of need for premier defenders?

Should we be spending points for price rises to get your team in a better shape for the second wildcard?

With a lot less clean sheets so far this season is it wise to pick attacking full backs over centre backs?

I went with Coleman, Clyne & Holebas on my wildcard last week and i’m really happy with that set up moving forward…also Bertrand is another option in that price bracket.

Why are so many people kneejerking? Surely Firmino and Ibrahimovic owners are just ridiculously unlucky. They both have fantastic underlying stats. Ibra arguably the best captain option this week.

How important does TV appear to be this season?

Is it worth making early transfers and even taking hits to safeguard against price drops?

With the competition being so open this year, and the casuals generally improving (ahem Mark) I feel like having that extra 1-2m over the masses could be huge in the second half of this season especially when wildcarding ahead of DGWs

Why is Milner overlooked as a Liverpool option? He is a less expensive version of Cazorla. On penalties in an attacking team that will win many penalties over the season, on almost all corners and some free kicks, creates a lot of chances and puts in crosses. The issue is playing as a LB I know but in the easy games (like Hull), he is basically a LW and he will continue to be so given Liverpool's easy fixtures.

Doubt they will rest Sanchez in the champions league and Chile never rest or sub Sanchez. Plus he needs to play Giroud into some sort of form at club level. All of this leads me to think Sanchez could be benched at Burnley and isn't a great captain option?

Is this the season where you need to show big patience.

I missed out on points from Ibrah & Firminho in big wins, but both have great stats and WILL have hauls soon.

How do we tinker with our teams to maximise points this season? I'm keeping those two but so much talk of getting rid of players after one blank like Antonio, with the drops being so volitile.

Because of the big scores seemingly to come from expected attacking sources (Aguero, Sanchez, Lukaku, Liv/Man City midfielders) does it make it acceptable to take more hits than we have done in previous years? It's certainly more fun!!!

Is Payet being overlooked due to west hams poor form. Great stats and already 4 assists. West Ham have some of the strongest fixtures. Many have gone for Antonio instead but Payet could be a valuable differential in the coming weeks.

With West Ham being shocking, is it time to ditch Antonio?

Although he's been great so far, West Ham have been abysmal recently putting question marks over him for me. I wanted Sterling before his rise so took the touch decision to ditch Antonio for him. Knee-jerk but I wanted to beat the rise.

Jonty, as a fellow non-Sanchez owner, are you concerned about this week and looking to get him in, or do you feel Ozil gives you enough?

The common move is ditching Zlatan to fund him, but if he scores this week he's got two shaky big teams, then Burnley at home...

              Here's a new strategy:
Burn 2 Free Transfers in order to guarantee a great captain score.

Drop Aguero for Ibra on SAT morning and pick up Aguero again on SAT night.

Is this yet again a season of unpredictability
With the likes of Watford whipping Utd then flopping at Burnley when they were highly tipped to run riot against them !
Yes there is some form and fixtures which work - but does it sometimes pay to be a bit maverick with an occasional transfer IN ?

Who are the top 3 under the radar players? I was looking at Pereyra - has an assist in every game and he's cheap and not talked about much,.

I need to see a bit more evidence of Antonio regressing before recommending that move. If you have no Sanchez then it could be worthwhile though.

I'd be worried about Walcott getting benched and making cameo appearances.

When Ramsey is back and if Perez / Giroud start playing upfront you've got Ramsey, Walcott and Iwobi all competing for one place.

Also, five goals and he blanks once seems slightly knee-jerky (admittedly West Ham looked awful...).

Do you have any other transfers you're considering?

Not really. I'm considering losing Ibra next week and doing Antonio to Sanchez with 2 frees. But concerned about Sacnhez game time after international break. That's why I'm considering Walcott now instead. He should start next few games at least by the looks of it

Short term he's definitely a good option.

Maybe wait till after Champions League and see what happens though.

            GW7:

            Pickford
            Bellerin | Williams | Holebas/Koné
            Sánchez (?) | Firmino | Sterling | Antonio
            Agüero (?) | Lukaku (?) | Deeney

            Jakupovic | Holebas/Koné | Fletcher | Amat

            1ft
            0.0m

            I just need to decide:

            – whether to start Holebas or Koné: bookies slightly favour a Sunderland cleansheet, Koné always looks a goal threat but I’ll probably select Holebas on his underlying numbers.

            – whether to captain Agüero, Lukaku or Sánchez: leaning towards Lukaku, but he is a Friday night captain. Burnley looks like quite a tough place for teams to go and it could be one of few good weeks to captain someone other than Agüero.

            Hi there
Just had a wild thought to replace Aguero (since he plays against the best defense-SPURS) with Ibra (since he plays against one of the worst defense-STOKE) for just this gameweek.

Aguero back for Ibra the next gameweek. No point hits this way

            What you guys say??

Reason for this is that you are relying on your team to not get any injuries between now and your next transfer.

I am also thinking of selling Baines for a cheaper defender, but I can't see any really appealing candidates. Bournmouth have OK fixtures but I already have Smith. I also thought of a Watford defender, but last night's loss to Burnley has put me off. Maybe it's time to get Stones - Man C have to start getting clean sheets sometime!

Eyeing up one of Walcott, Son, Mata, Lallana and Rashford.

Players being ditched would be Antonio or Benteke.

            Walcott the standout?

I'm jealous if those two are your only options. I'd keep both tbh. But Walcott looks pick of bunch.

Antonio to Walcott? Thought about losing Ibra next week and getting Sanchez with 2 frees but worried about his game time after internationals

            Pickford
            Valencia, Williams, Holebas
            Mane, Sterling, Antonio, Snodgrass
            Aguero, Ibra(c), Lukaku

            Heaton, Capoue, Evans, Amat

Who to captain and who to bench from the below. Currently set up as:

            Cech (Jaku)

            Williams, Koscienly, Evans, Lovren, (Amat)

Coutinho, Sterling, Cazorla, (Capoue), (Josh King)

            Kun, Lukaku(c), Deeney

Not sure on captaining Coutinho or Lukaku and unsure on benching Capoue. Thoughts?

Play Capoue over Lovren. Liverpool defence is shaky and I can hardly see them getting clean sheet against anyone any time soon

You don't have Sanchez, so that'd be a good place to start looking.

Is Ighalo > Rashford (-4) madness? Don't have Ibra or any Utd for that matter.

Other forwards are Lukaku and Kun.

I'm even considering Ighalo > Defoe...

Yeah play AoA if Baines out. Considering Antonio to Walcott which you could do. You wouldn't quite have enough for Baines to Monreal would you?

Yeah probably after the break, Sanchez depends how Zlatan does otherwise may look to get Walcott as you've mentioned.
