This Much We Know – Gameweek 10

Sergio Aguero chalks up his highest haul of the season to quell concerns over his Fantasy potential under Pep Guardiola. Liverpool’s pair of Brazilians continue to make a case for a double-up, Eden Hazard is looking too good to ignore, whilst Joe Allen’s momentum shows no sign of slowing.

Aguero has earned the armband back…
So many words have been written on Sergio Aguero’s return to form and, doubtless, there are a few more to come.

But his importance to the Fantasy Premier League cause cannot be overstated.

While an ever-changing cast of midfield big-hitters vie for our attention and Diego Costa and Romelu Lukaku carry on winning our trust, we need the Aguero captaincy option to fall back on.

A two-goal salvo at the Hawthorns was timed perfectly to coincide with the weekend’s Etihad meeting with Middlesbrough and, once we can be sure on his minutes following the Barcelona clash, Aguero’s renaissance will be complete as he takes a big slab of captaincy faith into Gameweek 11

Hazard has put the midfield back in flux….
As for those midfield options, we now have to revisit the drawing board as a result of Eden Hazard’s own resurgence.

It’s not just the three goals in three Gameweeks; it’s the very nature of his displays in a revitalised Chelsea side.

The freedom granted to Hazard will surely only see him flourish and threaten the likes of Alexis Sanchez at the very top of the midfield standings.

Even with the hike to 9.9, Hazard’s price is starting to look attractive, given that he is also the only one of the midfield heavy-hitters assured of penalty duties.

Conte’s turning Azpilicueta into the biggest magnet of all…

Cesar Azpilicueta has always appeared to be tailor-made for the Bonus Point System – he wins tackles, lots of ’em, and that’s a big factor in the bonus point shake-up.

But the recent upturn in Chelsea’s defensive output has elevated Azpilicueta to a whole new level – he’s now fetched bonus returns in all five of Chelsea’s shut-out scenarios.

While we’re drawn to Marcos Alonso’s attacking promise, Azpilicueta reliability has us pondering our chosen Watchlist target.

Giroud has the makings of an impact sub….
There’s little doubt that Olivier Giroud adds a new dimension to the Arsenal attack – a suitable plan B when the opponent drops deep and shuts down the spaces for Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott to exploit.

However, despite his priceless two-goal intervention at Sunderland, it seems that Arsene Wenger has little intention of disrupting the current structure of the team.

Sanchez is set to remain up front, with Wenger talking up Giroud’s opportunities in a 4-4-2, which would force Ozil out wide.

With Aaron Ramsey now fit and pushing for a midfield spot, the shift to 4-4-2 seems most unlikely – what Wenger meant to say was that Giroud is destined for more appearances like Saturday’s, emerging from the bench once the bus is parked.

At least our mind is made up in goal…
With bewildering options available in midfield and an ever-changing list of priorities in defence, it’s reassuring to know that Tom Heaton has ended all the debate when it comes to the goalkeeping position.

The Burnley skipper has exceeded all our expectations – building on his stunning performances in the 2014/15 season to rise to the very top of the FPL keeper standings.

With Sean Dyche’s side showing robust organisation home and now away, Heaton has the platform to go on providing dividends and leave a crowd of more expensive options in his wake.

Spurs need Kane to fire…
With just two goals in the three matches since the superb 2-0 victory over Manchester City, it’s clear that Mauricio Pochettino’s side have stalled and are now desperate for Harry Kane’s return.

Son Heung-min blossoming form as a provider of goals seems to have faded, with the South Korean shifted to a flank role to make way for Vincent Janssen. Despite his converted penalty against Leicester City at the weekend, the Dutchman continues to toil and struggle to adapt.

Spurs will be willing Kane to be available for the Gameweek 11 trip to the Emirates; they will be even more desperate for him to hit the ground running on his return.

Kane scored back-to-back goals before his injury, hinting at the form that saw him challenge for the Golden Boot and fire 24 times last term.

Without his goals, Spurs look unlikely to maintain a title challenge.

In Fantasy terms, a firing Harry Kane can be a major factor in our seasons, that will break up the stranglehold currently in place via combinations of Lukaku, Costa and Aguero up front.

We all need twin Brazilians….
Liverpool’s latest triumph at Selhurst Park offered yet more evidence that we can ill-afford to ignore the concept of pairing their two sparkling Brazilian midfield assets.

Philippe Coutinho ran the show for Jurgen Klopp’s men, returning a pair of assists via corners but prompting and bursting into the box throughout, suggesting he was unfortunate to fail to return double-figures.

Firmino was in his shadow once again but emerged to provide an unerring finish to remind us of his qualities.

He is not only a provider of goals, when he gets opportunities, he is a far more natural finisher inside the box than Coutinho.

With 12 points between them, it would be natural to write off Firmino and opt for his compatriot as our weapon of choice but the appeal of pairing them up remains strong – even with Eden Hazard turning heads once again.

FPL managers love a midfield bargain….
Week to week, it seems a new low-to-mid price option comes to the fore and, every week, the masses jump upon the potential.

This week it was İlkay Gundogan’s turn to throw his hat into the ring, returning a stunning 18-point haul at the Hawthorns to signal a flood of new investors.

Gundogan looks too good to be true – a 5.5 midfield option, playing within a vibrant attacking Manchester City side, driven forward by Pep Guardiola’s philosophies.

It is perhaps fools good. We should remember that the German scored a single goal in 25 appearances for Borussia Dortmund last season. He was thrust into an attacking role against West Brom in the absence of Kevin De Bruyne, who was limited to a bench appearance.

Once the Belgian is restored, Gundogan’s starting role could be in question. Certainly, he seems unlikely to find himself given quite so much freedom to raid the box to repeat his showing against the Baggies.

But Joe Allen may just stick around…
Last night’s pair of assists and two bonus points against former club Swansea earned the Stoke midfielder a third double-figure haul in the last five Gameweeks.

Crucially, Allen has the underlying numbers to suggests he’s no Etienne Capoue Mark II – only Liverpool’s Coutinho has managed more efforts on target from the centre of the park over that five-match stretch.

Up next, Stoke now face a trip to West Ham’s obliging defence before a pair of home fixtures against Bournemouth and Burnley are sandwiched by a trip to Watford.

Allen has already climbed in price to 5.2 overnight, yet clearly has the form and fixtures to keep on delivering.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Took some flak on Saturday for a -12 point hit. Ended up turning my team around and getting a great score. In fact I got more than the previous three weeks put together. Up 400K places.

      86 (-12)

OUT - Puncheon, Collins, Walcott & PVA (1 pt total score)

IN - Coutinho, Holebas, Redmond and Daniels (17 pts total)

I know. I'm like a geeky kid at his first university disco having his first ever beer. Next day - tie dye t shirt, shades and band posters on my walls. It's an awakening!

Also up 400K places this week with a score of 81 (-4), getting in the top million feels the same as last years when breaking into the top 100K.

So smooth is almost all my attack getting great points, my captian actualy scoring plus points and even a cheeky clean sheet thrown in. Minus points is the fact that my other defenders seem to be dropped/injured/transferred out by me when the team finally get a clean sheet!!! Looking at you Valencia, Amat, Williams.

        Pretty smooth
90 points. Hung on to bony having originally drafted him in for the hull game.
Didn't have faith in kun but only dropped him from captaincy with Sanchez in his place
        Also had lukaku
        Saved transfer
        Fairly happy

Smooth - watching Jonty take flak for weeks like a champ (unlike some sensitive poor souls around here, lol), and coming out the other end on top! 😉

Rough - all smooth sailing for me, but spare a thought for those poor misguided fools who got bamboozled into thinking selling Kun was a good idea this gw, lol.

May they rest in peace. 🙂

      Benching Williams the only rough.

      Rough
Got too clever for my own good and brought Zlatan in for a hit and captained him. Likely cost me 10-15 points.

      Smooth
Already shipped him back out for another hit, so now when I go to the FPL page it shows my new squad and the stink of that failure has been removed for a mere 4 points. Roll on gw11.

Smooth for me- could have been a touch smoother tho Walcott + Benteke ---> Deeney + Coutinho

Happy to have Phil in for those liverpool fixtures now. Deeney has already gone for Charlie Austin

could almost have been a rough after bringing in Valencia & Coutinho in for Alderweireld & Walcott, but had the likes of Heaton, Sanchez(c), Firmino, Lukaku, Bony & Aguero, for a total of 103 (-4), with only 10 starters 🙂

Rough: Took out Aguero instead of Ibra as part of a hit - feel like I was very unlucky watching both games!
Smooth: Got in Coutinho and Sanchez (C) as part of the same move, and ended up with a better score than if I'd have kept Aguero. Still a very average gameweek looking at all the scores on here.

Smooth week: 90 points up 200k places.

Walcott and PvA (-4) for Coutinho and Francis

Captained Sanchez, kept Kun, got Lukaku, now have double Liverpool mids with Coutinho alongside Firmino for their good fixtures.

Smooth – (c) Kaku. Having Kun, Countinho, Firmino, Holebas

Rough – Valencia being injured, meaning I didn’t get the Man Utd clean sheet, I got Evans zero points. Pickford getting 1 point while everyone had Heaton. Having Ozil as my Arsenal weapon of choice with him only getting an assist

Pretty smooth, banked a transfer, 78 points,
Lovren (7) came in for Valencia. Was seething after he gave away that goal but couldn't have made up for it in more style!
Sanchez (c), Aguero, Lukaku and even A. Williams got me some rare points and a bap!

I finally took out Bony from my team after having him for every 2-point haul at stoke, missed out on his two goals - I also swapped him for Diomande who promptly got banned for 3 days the next day!!

However I still somehow got my first green arrow in weeks, onwards and (very slowly) upwards! 😉

      Smooth but only just!

Starting the gameweek 93k and after my whole team played Saturday 72 points saw me climb 70k places to 23k.

Sunday and Monday changed that somewhat and I ended up 88k at the end of the gameweek so only climbed 5k places.

Still a green arrow though and banked a transfer so have 2 this week which is good as major surgery needed.

Rough: If I'd captained any one of Aguero, Sanchez or Lukaku instead of Deeney, then I would have climbed even further!

ROUGH - went maverick and captained Holebas (thinking Hull worst team in the league, Holebas on set pieces and with a good shot on him) - lost at least 6 points given the other options Sanchez, Lukaku and Aguero ALL FIRED.

Transferred out Williams (just so fustrated with his returns) for Adam Smith - lost 7 points

Smooth: Antonio & Evans out for Siggy and Holebas for a hit paid off handsomely and set me up nicely; Captain Lukaku and a sweep of attacking returns from 6/7 of my attackers (including super auto sub Joe Allan) gave me 92 and inside the top million for the first time this season.

Made no trades and scored 99 points this week, thanks to Lukaku (c), Sanchez, Aguero, Heaton, Allen and Coutinho.

Smooth from the perspective that I played my WC in GW7, when I was floundering around the 400k mark. Over the last 3 weeks my OR has risen to just outside the top 10k. I guess that's what called a well-timed WC 🙂

Game Chaging 100 pts for me, up into the top 4k, the icing on top of the cake was the decision to install Joe "The New Frank Lampard" Allen over Capoue as my playing 4th mid. A blissful week for me.

Only let down was the decisio to play Adam smith over Lovren (who envisenged 'Pool scoring at a set-piece at Palace???)

      Smooth:
      - Triple up on Everton (Kaku(c)/Bolasie/Williams) brought me a hefty 37pts
      - Green arrows

      Rough:
      - Hesiatted too much on giving the armband to Kun, when I was convinced he'd explode
      - Cech 1pointer for silly fault and YC
      - Wally would surely have a hattrick, if played against Sunderland, given the many opportunities that got wasted from the right (Coqelin/Ox)

smooth: 87pts - started Allen again.
Firmino off the bench for Theo.

Rough: early defensive transfers Valencia out Cameron in.
.defence & keeper only 10pts (Williams 7 of those & he was supposed to be going before Valencia got injured so maybe that's a smooth).

Won't be able to beat my smooth, saw Walcott not on the bus, so took a 4pt hit to bring in Coutinho, player on bench + 3 net gain of 1 point, they all count.
Rough - capt Lukaku over Aguero and benched Heaton for Foster when I had it the other way around on Friday night, would have made exactly 100 points.

      Very satisfied with:

      Walcott > Coutinho
      and
Antonio > Allen, playing him as the 4th mid for now.

94 points after in indifferent start to the season. All of the front 7 returned something attacking, 4 of them with double figures.

First top 100k GWR this season and into top 200k overall for the first time this season.

Reason to feel reinvigorated at last.

I thought 77 was good until I saw some of the scores around here.

Smooth - keeping faith with Aguero and bonus points for unlikely players like Friend.

Rough - almost bringing Gundogan in purely because I was going to watch City, but keeping Son instead.

Did Baines/Snoddy->Blind/Allen as my 2 FTs, capped Alexis, started Heaton and Bobby F, Kun and Big Rom all came through as well. Only bummer were dumb YCs but i have no room for complaints.

102pts for the week. Since WCing in Week 6 have seen my OR go from 928k to 27k.

Rough: Dropped 300k places on Saturday as a consequence of taking hits and not having Sanchez or Aguero in my team.

        A steady 66, due to Ibra(c)!

Rough; Ibra(c), 7th fail in 10 game weeks is becoming ridiculous! Can honestly say my other choice was Tekkers as I didn't consider Aguero a sure starter and Theo was a doubt. Hey ho..

Smooth; Three clean sheets from Stones, Williams and played Heaton over Foster.

Goals from Aguero and Firmino. More points from Coutinho.

Overall a decent green arrow week let down by a failing captain and strike force.

        In: Austin, Firmino, Chadli, Keane
Out: Rashford, Walcott, Son, Williams (-8)

I went into the weekend absolutely certain I sunk my team and my top 20K rank would drop into the basement. But, I kept Aguero, Sanchez, and captained Lukaku.

In the end, this week was smooth. 98 points (-8 for the hits), up 10,000 places to 6,118.

BUT, worth noting that my great week still saw me dropping almost 40 places in the "Beat the Veterans" league. Makes me imagine that most folks in these parts had smooth weeks.

From 2,477,027th place at the end of GW7, I am now sitting in 951,801st place after GW10.

Smooth - Everything else! Heaton (11), Coleman (6), Holebas (6), Coutinho (8), Firmino (6), Allen (10), Agüero (16), Lukaku (12) and Sanchez as my captain (26). Even Walker got 3 points by receiving a bonus point!

A total of 106p made my overall rank skyrocket from 1,485,663 to 478,065 (went up over 1 million places)!

I was hoping for a Stoke clean sheet to break 100 but can't complain :).
        OR rank climbed from 113K -> 27K
Sterling -> Coutinho paid off. I also have Firmino and Lovren so 21 points from Liverpool players alone.
My team feels pretty template to be honest. Players who brought me the most points have 25%+ ownership in the top 10K (Lukaku, Coutinho, Aguero, Firmino, Sanchez, Holebas). Chances of someone having all 6 of those though are around 0.5%, which shows that you can still climb the ranks when high ownership players perform well.

A smooth 101 points for me this week, free transfer Sterling --> Coutinho worked out well. 9/11 players scored points: Heaton, Williams, Lovren, Holebas, Sanchez (c), Coutinho, Firmino, Aguero, Lukaku. Only failures were Smith and Austin. Went from 617k to 173k.

Owning Holebas for the last four weeks has been particularly good: 33 points in four gameweeks would be great from any player, but particularly so when it's from a cheap defender.

I'd really like to hear the thoughts on when it's acceptable to take a big hit, say -12 or more. With Jonty's paying off this week, and the majority here being close to 3 figures, now is probably the best time to get your squad in order.

The fixtures have now shifted so it's mainly FFS Communities defence that needs sorting. I know mine surely does.

        William / Vertonghan / Holebas / Kelly / Amat.

Holebas is probably the only one who may keep his place.

        1. The Cisco Kid

Especially with defense, only transfer out players who won't play for you in the coming week for players who will.

For example, I made a mistake last week by sending out Williams for Michael Keane. I'm thrilled to have Keane, but I wasn't going to play either of them last week anyway. I took a hit for a move that could have waited another week for a FT.

In your case, that looks like making no more than 2 defensive transfers per week to get your defense settled. Maybe you ship Williams and Vertonghen this week because you're worried about CHE and ARS, respectively. If you have the funds, you bring in a CHE defender and Keane (since he's my guy) because they look like good options for this week. You have to choose between Kelly's matchup and Holebas' goal threat, but hopefully you break even on the week. Next week, you fix Kelly. And personally, I'm thinking of leaving Amat to rot on the bench, at least until my next wildcard.

How good is Gundogan as a FPL prospect?

His stats - shots and chances created, look fantastic over the last couple of games without KDB (or when Silva came off for KDB last game) but can all 3 coexist together? It just seems like KDB and Silva will play much further forward than Gundogan which leaves him to through balls and the very very occasional burst into the box

For 5.5M still might be decent as an enabler but is he better than 2 mid priced MFs i.e. would you rather Walcott / Firm or Hazard / Gundogan

Will Burnley fortunes turn for the worse? Heaton has been amazing but any other day that would of been a United win. surely the clean sheets will stop giving the shots they concede. Do you think Foster owners should keep given West broms Good fixtures? Or should they switch to Heaton

        1) Is Gundogan the bargain of the season?

        2) Is there any way to get attacking points out of Leicester's fixtures?

        3) Other than comedy value, what possible justification is there for keeping Ibra?

        4) What should we watch out for during the international break?

        5) Sanchez or KDB?

        6) Is Heaton essential?

        7) When should people like Granville use their wildcard?

        8) How does the Hazard-infused humble pie taste for Jonty? 😉

Is it time to get in Southampton players?

First of all they have improved from a poor start and the team looks to have a lot of quality. The defeat to Chelsea this week was of course a bump on the road, but the way Chelsea are playing right now, it shouldn't be interpreted as a big concern.

Furthermore their fixtures are very promising all the way until GW 25.

They have already met Chelsea, Arsenal and the two Manchester clubs, all 4 of whom they will only play again after gameweek 25..

In the next the next three they have Hull (A), Liverpool (H) and Everton (H). Of course this isn't the easiest short term schedule, although they are 3 defensively weak sides so investing in attacking players could already be a good idea now and hold on getting defensive players until GW 14.

In their 15 games from GW 11 - GW 25 they have 4 games against teams from the current top 8 (Soton are 9th)- the two upcoming home games against leaky Liverpool and Everton, Spurs in GW 18 and Everton in GW 20.

In defence you have the expensive options in Fonte and Van Dijk both at 5.4 or you can go with cheaper option Cédric at 4.9, who would be ready for the Hull game.

In midfield you can look at Redmond (6.0) playing OOP with 3 goals (2 in his last 3) so far. Another option is Tadic (7.2). Last season he got 7 goals and 12 assists, so he is expected to produce something over this favorable run. If you are looking for 5th midfielder bench fodder, you can also look at either Oriol Romeu (4.5), who has started all game except one or the cheaper Højberg (4.3), who currently isn't nailed so keep an eye on his minutes.

In attack you have Austin (6.6) with 4 goals and 1 assist, all scored in his last 6 games. He should also benefit if Soton can keep up their number of crosses, as they are ranked 3rd in number of crosses with 250 so far this season.

Shane Long should be returning to the squad soon and Boufal is also fighting for a starting role in the squad, so rotation risk is a factor that should be taken into consideration at least.

But with the form of the team, the price of the players and the run of fixtures, I ask if it isn't worth considering getting 2 or 3 Soton players in your team in the near future?

        Southampton's fixtures GW 11- GW 25:
hul, LIV, EVE, cry, MID, sto, bou, TOT, WBA, eve, bur, LEI, swa, WHA, sun

Has Hazard become a must-have? If yes, who needs to make way in order to accommodate him from among the current big-hitting set of:

        1) Aguero
        2) Lukaku
        3) Sanchez

Or with defences still difficult to predict, would you go down the one-way street - that is uber-cheap at the back - in order to accommodate him?

They can't be avoided any longer.

It was only a matter of how long would it take for Conte to get this squad comfortable with his proven formation and system, and if he had the players to make it work?

Dmitri Payet has created more chances this season, at 33, than any other Premier League player, despite playing only 71% of available minutes. Moreover, he has more chances created than anyone in La Liga, Bundesliga, and is only topped by Salah (35) in Serie A, and Boudebouz (34) in Ligue 1.

Despite playing poorly against Everton, he added three more chances created to his tally. West Ham continue to perform below par, yet Payet is still averaging ~6 pts per game over the last 7 gameweeks, and boasted strong points returns against the big teams last year.

The question is, will West Ham see an uptick in form? They've only scored 10 goals in 10 games so far this year, which is pretty woeful. By this point last season, they had scored 21, so a pretty dramatic drop off in form. Their players haven't really changed, although they have had a series of injuries to core squad members at both ends of the pitch. Have to wonder whether they'll be more up for derby games than they will against the lower teams.

For a player who played ~30 games last year in the Premier League, scoring 171 points, for an average of ~5.7 points per game, despite West Ham's appalling form, he's tracking last years points per game numbers.

So what about his individual statistics (per 90 mins basis)?
        - Higher key passes at 3.93 this year, vs 3.64 last year
        - Higher assist rate at 0.56 this year, vs 0.42 last year
        - Higher chance creation at 4.49 this year, vs 4.06 last year

He's also taking matters more into his own hands.. and although these shots aren't as accurate, there are more inside the box.
        - Shots taken up to 3.93 this year, vs just 2.42 last year
        - Shot accuracy down to 40% this year, vs 55% last year
        - Shots inside the box up to 1.40 this year, vs 0.81 last year

TLDR: Too early to drop Payet IMO. Despite West Ham's bad form, he is doing well on the whole.

Certainly wouldn't drop him at home to Stoke. After this weekend though I'd ditch for Hazard if ££ allows and I owned Payet.

Carroll back, and actually irrelevant as average of 6 PPG disputes that so far.

In other words, despite West Ham being largely useless, he's still bringing in the points

I had him in the game after he returned from injury, but sold last week before the fixtures flew south for the winter. Maybe one to watch if he still gets returns over the next 4 gameweeks after Stoke.
However, we may have another budget option in West Ham's midfield by that point.
          Welcome back Ayew.

West ham have 0 focal point of attack. I had held Payet for a while but it is time to cut loose. Finally got rid for Hazard in a straight swap. Had the exact funds so couldn't give Payet another week unfortunately

Class player for sure but needs a lethal finisher to put the ball in the back of the net.

Did they really have a lethal finisher last year? And as above, he's already averaging 6 PPG over the last 7 weeks, when West Ham have been in awful form.

Carroll should be back soon, to add another 'head' for Payet to aim for. They don't have a bad set of headers of the ball in all honesty; Ayew, Antonio, Ogbonna, Kouyate, Carroll etc.

Hah! Well Big Andy is coming back into contention over the next few weeks. Not sure Enner Valencia was good last year either! In short, he brings in the points regardless of who he has in front of him IMO.

Not an owner but it's a mighty show of faith looking ahead at the Hammers' fixtures. I don't doubt he will grab some point in those fixtures but the alternative is Hazard / Firmino / Coutinho -- all with rather good fixtures, have the form to back it up and playing in teams that are in better shape than Payet's.

I've wanted to bring Payet in for a few weeks but, his price makes it difficult. I don't have any players in the £9-10m bracket so, until I wildcard it is difficult to make the switch.

hehe has been a dream on draftkings because of these stats and, accordingly, gets picked heavily...still a great differential option in fpl imo mainly because his stats are fixture proof. also, last year he showed he can pick up the points in the tough matches...only one way for west ham as a whole to go anyway after their horrid start

Because Hazard can be matched or bettered by other mids whereas big hitting forwards are hard to come by. When Lukaku's fixtures turn I'd want Costa or Kane to replace him. I wouldn't want to double up on Chelsea attack and with the possibility of a cheap 4th mid you could even go Kane, Costa, Aguero up front.

          Hazard.
          1) Higher average position than Costa since 3-4-3
          2) Penalties
          3) Additional point per goal, for a clean sheet
          4) No looming ban.

            Cheaper too.

One downside perhaps is that there's maybe not quite as many forwards doing well at the moment but there are in midfield.

see Clumps comments below. Had a look on the Stoke Forum and there's a mix of opinions on Adam. Some think he offers quality on the ball that Cameron doesn't and others praise Camerons mobility off the ball and derise Adam for his lack of mobility

Cameron is a great athlete who lacks a footballers brain, Adam has a great football brain but can't run.

And now for a musical interlude from Jay-Zee

        My points are 34
        My team value’s poor
In the rear view mirror my last 50 plus point score
        I got two choices y’all
        I could rage quit or
Bounce with the devil put a transfer to the metal
Well I don’t want to see no more no shows from Ake
Plus I got a few transfers, I could make a change
So I pull my browser up to a site that I know
Jonty asks ‘Son, do you know who I should drop you for?”
“Alli’s young, Adam’s fat, and Mata is real slow.
Do I look like a mind reader? Mark, I don’t know!”
        -“Well Allen’s got 55 points, De Bruyne’s got 54
        - Hall of Fame and history, is your rank above par?
        - Are you planning to rotate keepers? I know a lot of you are.”
“Well this seasons been quite sh-t, but my history’s legit.”
-“Then do you mind if I look around your link a little bit?”
“Well my forwards are locked, and so’s Chris Brunt at the back.
But I know I could play a Laurent (Koscielny) with that.”
-“Ain’t you sharp in attack, are you a member or something, some kind of Ville Ronka or something”
        “I ain’t never passed 10k, but I know a bit.
        Enough that I won’t take a 12 point hit!”
        - “Well we’ll see how smart you are when GW9 comes”
        I benched 99 points,
        But Capoue ain’t one.
        4-point hit me!

Would you prefer Stones or Morgan? Leicester obviously have the fixtures but their defensive stats are poor in comparison to City, who also have a nice next 3 fixtures.

Leicester ship goals away like nobodys business, though have conceded only 2 at home.
Might be an option to rotate?

I dunno. I posted this earlier.

Rate the following defenses in rank order over the next 10 weeks:

          City, South, Leic, Livp....

....the weird thing is Livp have best stats(Least GA's/SiB conceded) from the lot!

If you look at next 10(That's what I'm doing anyway) then Leic have these away games:

                watf/sun/bourne/stoke/midb

                Maybe some CS in there?

South might struggle to keep out LIVP/EVE/SPURS/eve...

                    City have CHEL/ARS/livp....

Karius is a factor to keep away from Liv defs though. Very average GK imo. Same could be said of Stones of course, with Bravo behind him. Stones is more prone to possible rotation too, with them being in CL.

                I agree, don't like Bravo/Liv keeper. That's a big negative for me.

Karius is the worst option in Liv's def, pretty much sure to get 2 or 6, no saves or BAPs based on stats.

I've no idea with the defence at all. Currently considering throwing Dann into the mix for goal threat alone.

Oh ok. Yeah Valencia needs to go.

If it was everton/arsenal def I would've advised against.

In the Sun Game, which includes European games, would you prefer Shaw or Simpson?

Both defences look good in my opinion.

        What you reckon here, guys?

        _______Grant
        Koscielny Holebas Evans
        Sanchez Cout Firm Wally
        Lukaku Kun Deeney

        Pickford - Fletcher - Williams - Amat

I want to keep Williams for (SWA) next week. Deeney --> Austin I know is popular on here.

Wait on wally news on Friday and if he's fit do Deeney --> Austin?

          Deeney to Austin --pretty straightforward.

You've got Sanchez, I think you can get by transferring out Wally.

For next 5 weeks i'd say Coutinho if you don't have Aguero
          KDB if you have Aguero

But Hazard if you want the long term past 5 weeks (his price is going to rocket)
