Gameweek 2 begins in south Wales, with Swansea City hosting early league leaders Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho’s side claim that position following Sunday’s 4-0 demolition of West Ham United – their biggest opening weekend victory since 2006 (5-1 vs Fulham).
In contrast, Swansea will play host having battled to a 0-0 stalemate at Southampton; a game which saw them muster just four shots on goal to the Saints’ 29.
However, Paul Clement’s side are unbeaten in their last six Premier League matches – winning four and drawing two – and are on the verge of a club record if they can possibly avoid defeat today.
Goals may be hard to come by for the home side who are without the departed Gylfi Sigurdsson and last season’s leading scorer, Fernando Llorente. That pair contributed 53% of Swansea’s goals last season.
United will look to Romelu Lukaku for their goals.
Backed by his growing Fantasy ownership – which now accounts for 53.5% of FPL managers – the Belgian will look to build on last weekend’s brace against the Hammers.
However, his record against Swansea is far from convincing. He has claimed just three goals in 11 appearances against the Welshmen and has failed to score against them in his last six outings.
