Fine if you think your mids are good but have doubts. Really just about who better Mahrez or Firmino, Siggy or Zaha and so on. Could easily work fine.

Jag, the two city mids and no bench would be concerns. Plenty of good value in 6.5 to 7.5 mids to help spread out the funds across those aforementioned areas

Looks like a solid team, although I'm not too sure about Jag. Bench could be a problem if there's a couple injuries or rotations on your team

4-5-1 being the idea but appreciate the input. If Reid or Niasse and or the spare 4.5 defender hit good fixtures and selection this does offer a degree of flexibility. The midfield is considerate of risk but could also easily pay off given the fixtures ahead of them.

Not a fan of rotating cheap midfielders personally. Team looks fine otherwise though 🙂

I wouldn't get Wood if you're going to bench him. If you're unsure about Mkhi you can always downgrade Wood to a bench fodder and upgrade, or vice versa.

Fabianski > Ederson if you can find the funds? West ham have horrible fixtures / ederson could be your way into city defence?

Well at least I can say I took one for the team last season and held him for about 20 GW's longer than I should have.

Start of the season I'd say they are both nailed.

Long term once Sterling is back I'd say Sane is slightly more nailed.

Difficult to tell as all of them are prone to rotation. Now you have Sane, Sterling, Mahrez and B Silva competing for 2 wingers spots. Expect Guardiola to rotate his team accordingly to opponents. Wld probably avoid City players after first 2 weeks.

Mahrez & Sane both nailed for the first 2 games. After that, it's a coin toss based upon performances/fatigue/tactics.

Im starting with Kun, but can always swap to Auba depending whos on form I guess

I've gone for Auba. Will wait on Kun to see how Pep plays him/Jesus this season.

Saving myself the rotation worry and going A. See hulks was a great post about Aguero and Jesus playing time last season.

Auba I will have 3 City.
If I plan Kun out for Auba getting a third City is another transfer.

Kun is class but never plays enough minutes. Plus Auba can be just as good and will get more minutes and I am prepared to live with the first 2 difficult fixtures. Who knows Auba may deliver in these fixtures too.

Good looking team, Lamela could be a bit of a gamble though

agree with 32 but overall it's good.
The punts need to work out though. Maybe 1 more solid nailed mid to avoid pain down the line if it all goes pear shaped.

Aub and Laca is too much imo, especially considering their opening 2 fixtures. Would downgrade laca and use the funds to upgrade cedric, daniels and hughes

Sane is a good shout, but gone Mahrez because...

1) will start at least the beginning of the season
2) set-piece taker
3) great fixtures
4) looking to impress supporters and manager at a new club

Nailed one from a team that rotates well with the "most likely to get benched" player from your first 11. Or you could go with either Cedric or Tomkins.

EVE is turning into Spurs from a few years back when they had more attacking mids than any other type of player. Rotation nightmare for the first few weeks imho. Which is a shame with their good fixtures.
