Last chance to get Scout Premium Membership for discounted price

Due to popular demand and taking inspiration from soft furniture retailer sales across the land, we are pleased to say that Fantasy Football Scout Premium Memberships for the 2021/22 season are still available at the pre-season cost of £20 – but only for a little while longer.

We have given our users until the start of the September international break to sort out their subscriptions for the new campaign but this really is last-chance saloon territory, as yearly Premium Memberships will rise to the regular season price on Thursday.

So, if you haven’t already, make sure to sign up before that point in order to secure the best-value rate.

The yearly fee works out at an equivalent of less than £1.67 a month as, instead of expiring on June 1 as was previously the case, these rolling annual subscriptions now cover a full 12-month period.

That’s better value than our rivals are currently offering for the equivalent all-access Premium Membership package.

SIGN UP FOR THE NEW SEASON HERE

We’re continuing to reinvest resources into the site, building a team of talented contributors for the new season (see below) and working on an exciting new design for the Premium Members Area, complete with new tools and features.

We’re also dishing out £6k-worth of prizes in the 2021/22 campaign – more details of that available here.

HOW CAN SCOUT MEMBERSHIP HELP MY FPL TEAM?

You’ll be joining legions of other Fantasy managers by signing up, including former FPL winners Adam Levy, Simon March and Tom Fenley.

Thousands upon thousands of Fantasy bosses take advantage of our subscriptions and sign up every year, using the stats and tools to aid their Gameweek planning.

MEMBERS-ONLY ARTICLES AND ADVICE

Ex-FPL winner Simon March: How to avoid getting carried away with your GW1 picks

You’ll get exclusive content, advice and team reveals from some of the best Fantasy managers in the business, including Hall of Fame number one Fábio Borges, ex-champion Simon March, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman, three-time top 200 finisher Lateriser, six-time top 5k finisher Zophar, 2020/21 FanTeam winner Josh Wooldridge and four-time Sky top 50 finisher Niall Murphy – amongst others.

If that wasn’t enough, Fantasy Football Scout’s founding father, Mark Sutherns, is returning to the site to supply weekly video appearances throughout the season. Again, only Premium Members will get unrestricted access to Mark’s content.

We have regular Members-only articles, too, such as Captain Sensible, which provides in-depth analysis on the top contenders for the armband every Gameweek.

RATE MY TEAM AND PROJECTIONS

Our Projections and Rate My Team tools are both live for Gameweek 4 and beyond, so you can head over there now to start importing your teams and see how many points our algorithm thinks you’ll score and which players you should bench.

SEASON TICKER

Our Season Ticker can help you sort by opponent difficulty to spot those upcoming fixture swings, while you can also find out which teams’ matches rotate well.

Wolves, for example, have leapt to the top of our Season Ticker after a tricky start – but there are some tough games ahead for Aston Villa.

Disagree with the Fantasy Football Scout difficulty ratings? Add you own to customise your experience.

TRANSFER PLANNER

Not being able to see your team in future Gameweeks is a common criticism of FPL but with our Transfer Planner, which comes free with a Premium Membership, you can do just that.

Plan your transfers and starting XIs for Gameweek 4 and beyond by moving players in and out of your side.

HEAD-TO-HEAD COMPARISONS

Stuck between two potential transfer targets for the upcoming Gameweek? Compare both teams and players head to head, with over 100 key statistics and graphics to study side by side.

If you’re using our new beta site, you can draw statistical comparisons in more a more visually appealing manner, too.

PLAYER AND TEAM STATS

From goal threat to expected data, there are hundreds upon hundreds of player and team statistics available, which can help guide your Fantasy transfer decisions.

Our ‘per 90′ tickbox allows you to sort players’ stats per 90 minutes, too, to level the playing field for those assets with differing amounts of game-time.

MATCH ANALYSIS

Want to know where it went right and wrong in previous Gameweeks?

We’ve got analysis of every Premier League match (going back to 2011/12!), together with charts which plot average positions and a collection of heatmaps for touches, shots and chances created, among other statistics.

CUSTOM STATS TABLES

Premium Members can also create custom tables based on the data available and share them with other subscribers to help with FPL team planning.

Perhaps the most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table, which looks to predict which underperforming assets will find the net next.

GAMEWEEK DASHBOARD

Pre-season price offer extended for FFScout Premium Membership 11

Enter your FPL ID for personalised visuals and check your live rank as the Gameweek progresses.

FLAT-TRACK BULLY TOOL

Our Flat-Track Bully tool helps subscribers to identify Fantasy assets with good records against specific clubs.

This will help you pinpoint players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition for those close captaincy calls – and even those who thrive against the top teams, like Raúl Jiménez (£7.5m) famously did in 2018/19.

TESTIMONIES

2018/19 Fantasy Premier League champion Adam Levy was a paid-up Premium Member of our site and he discussed what tools of ours he finds most useful in an interview after his triumph.

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members’ League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our Members’ League and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a Premium Member here. A full FAQ on our Premium Members’ Area is also available here.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the Premium Members’ Area, then please feel free to drop us a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

    Sanchez Steele
    TAA Shaw Semedo Livramento Ayling

    2) the 2 premiums WC (if firmino is out)

Yeah the second option has two Salahs which might be cheating the natural world but is clearly a better team.

(I’ve preferred all the 2 big hitters WC teams I’ve seen so far - though my preference is 3-5-2, DCL down to a 4.5, more/better mids.)

do you consider this a solid WC team ?
    Sanchez
    robertson,taa,tierney, semendo
    jota,torres, ESR, traore
    cr7,dcl,lukaku

someone mentioned that this team is too punty.. basically i am punting on ESR only ?

    1. RogDog_jimmy
      • 3 Years
      2 years, 7 months ago

Traore hasn’t produced anything, Podence is back and Wolves signed another attacker and mid at the deadline.
      ESR - a little punty I guess.
Torres - going to get rotated but probably good value still.
Jota - always a risk of rotation, but again great value in my mind.

I think this team is fun but no heavy hitter in the midfield is weird to see to be honest.

i downgraded mahrez to torres to be honest
Jota will probably be rotated ...hoping the news on Firmino injury to be true.
Any suggestions on wolves assets ? with 3 attackers, jimmenz, trincao, and the new korean forward, i think jimmenz will be more at risk to rotation?

I just wouldn’t get a Wolves player until at least one has returned. But I can be reactive.
I’m hopeful of Podence as a cheap mid.

Agree Torres over Mahrez is a good move.

Currently feeling pretty set, but should I be tempted to wildcard this lot or wait for GW7?

    Sanchez

    DCL | Toney

    Gunn | Livramento | Hoever | Scarlet + 1FT 0.0ITB

not looking to hit out either Bruno/Son to get CR7 or Antonio

    a) Bank FT and Son + Toney to Jota + Jiminez GW5
    b) Bank FT and Son + Toney to Antonio + Torres GW5
    c) WC now (team below)

    Sanchez
    TAA | White | Rudiger
    Salah | Jota | Torres | Raph
    DCL | Antonio | Lukaku

Fair enough. Then you’re good to go I think.

I think Antonio is the best player in the game right now. Form, fixtures and value. And I get that’s been in the past so far but I see no reason it won’t continue.

          https://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2021/08/31/cristiano-ronaldos-fpl-price-and-position-revealed/

Nothing official. Same as FPL doesn't have price rises before GW1 for 7 days or else Ronaldo would be 12.8m by GW4

Yes, I read this article but its not official. Idk where it came from then.
On the other hand tho, lets say its locked for 7 days and so many of them transferred him in during this period.
As the price was locked, the rest who transferring him in after next Tuesday, may don't affect the price as not too many people left who didn't transferred him in already, right?
So it may lead no price change until GW4 because theoretically everyone who wants him, transferring him in during this 7 days, and the rest who remain to transfer him in shouldn't have significant effect on his price.

Transfers after the lock period are the only ones that count. Plenty won't transfer in until Thursday or later next week with more info.

Many have rushed to get him in already. More cautious managers will wait on news of injuries to him and others in their squads before making a late transfer. It will be devastating to some who intend to get Ron if no issues arise if his price jumps overnight by 0.3m. I think players need a clear explanation whether this could happen or not.

Any new players added to the fantasy league will not immediately increase (or decrease) in price. A player must have been in the league for over eight days before transfers count towards the threshold value. This locking period can be extended to the start of a new Gameweek if the completion of the eight days period falls within an international break. To view the date and time at which they will be unlocked look in the "Unlocks" column. If the date and time is in the future then the players price is current locked

Maybe they’re all right. I’m going to chill with my boring template team in the top 20k and improve my team slowly and steadily.

I guess I have to worry about Lukaku, Kane, Ronaldo and Son. Who are very good players.

But everyone seems to be tearing their team apart to get as many in as possible. I just want more information to figure out who to get in.

Rank changes will be bigger in GW4 with a bigger variety of options/captains. Thinking you'll hold a place in the top 20K easily is hard to do this early.

Oh yeah I’m not expecting to stay up here right now - already dropped from 8k first week.

Expecting volatility for a while. Was nowhere near this high last year at this time and had a great OR at the end.

I never got this high in quite a few seasons recently and know how quickly a red arrow can change things with variance.

I started with 85% template and due to my two non- templaters (Benrahma and Duffy), got off to a spectacular start. But I've still wildcarded.
GW1 gave us 4m defenders - their time is up. It gave us a trio of mid-price forwards - that won't work going forward.
You've got to sense when circumstances have fundamentally changed, and change with them.

I guess I’m not convinced things have changed all that much just yet.

I’m still firmly of the mind that 2 big hitters is the way to go and that the 7.0-8.0 mids and forwards are where the value is right now. And that eschewing them for 3 big hitters is dangerous.

So I don’t need to restructure. And I wait one more week and can do Bruno+Ings to 7.0mid+Ronaldo/Lukaku for free.

Sure. When I say circumstances have changed, that does NOT mean FPL logic has changed. I continue to follow the golden rule of two premiums at one time. I share your sense that packing three into a squad is asking for trouble.

Circumstances are still changing with the International Break (Injuries/Bans, etc.), Impact of New Transfers and UEFA/UCL to commence. I m personally waiting to use my WC and sticking with my template team.

it’s quite an interesting topic, the template was very much tailored to GW1-3 and all templates are very short lived as the ‘new template’ emerges especially with the IB & Covid related issues and closing of the transfer window.

Time move on from the GW1 template imho

How does this team look with Ronaldo, Salah, TAA and Lukaku? I have been playing around with the rest of the team and it makes more sense to me to play 4-3-3 format with these 4 premiums. Here is an example:

    Sanchez
    TAA Rudiger Coleman Dier
    Salah Raphinha Gray
    Ronaldo Antonio Lukaku

    Steel Livra Allan Gilmour
0 ITB, I can downgrade Raph to Gray and have 0.3 itb.

Gundo didn't pass the eye test for the last 3 despite a goal.
Don't know whether it is more urgent to move him out or get Ronaldo...
For me it's unlikely to make the Jota move unless Firmino is confirmed out.
