Sane joins Sterling and Aguero in the City attack at Turf Moor

The penultimate match of Gameweek 36 takes place at Turf Moor as Manchester City aim to extend their 11-match winning run and return to the top of the Premier League table.

Kick-off in Lancashire is at 14:05 BST.

There are no huge shocks in Pep Guardiola’s starting XI, with Fernandinho not recovering from the knee problem he picked up in midweek.

Bernardo Silva has thus dropped back into central midfield alongside David Silva and anchor Ilkay Gundogan, so Leroy Sane is handed a start on the left flank.

Raheem Sterling moves over to the right wing, with Sergio Aguero leading the line once more.

City’s back four is unchanged.

Sean Dyche has named the same starting XI for the fourth game in succession, with Phil Bardsley still not having recovered from a gashed leg.

The Burnley manager has resisted the urge to pack his midfield and defence for the visit of the reigning champions, pairing Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes in attack for the 17th league match in a row.

Outside of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, Aguero and Sterling were the two most-popular Triple Captain choices of Gameweek 36: 14,542 managers backed the Argetinean striker, with 8,997 deploying the chip on Sterling.

Bernardo was the second-most-bought FPL player of Gameweek 36, having been transferred in by 146,541 Fantasy bosses.

Aguero and Aymeric Laporte were also bought by over 100,000 FPL managers this week.

Burnley XI: Heaton, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Hendrick, Cork, Westwood, McNeil, Wood, Barnes.

Subs: Hart, Gudmundsson, Gibson, Ward, Vydra, Long, Driscoll-Glennon.

Manchester City XI: Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Bernardo, Silva, Sterling, Sane, Aguero.

Subs: Muric, Danilo, Stones, Mahrez, Otamendi, Jesus, Foden.

I have double city defence no city attack - hoping this game is no scoring or low scoring. Build that wall Burnley!

Yeah agree. But its sods law that he will score a hat trick regardless of how he's performing.

Patience. Burnley are defending so deep they almost have 10 men standing on the goal line. City will find a way.

Vardy to Firmino for a minus four worked out well.

Similar. I did Wilson to Firmino for -4...

Who is on your bench I did Firmino for no hit.
Have Gray on bench. Even so I still lost 5 points overall though!

        I lost 11 overall!

Wilson, Eriksen > Firmino, Mili (-4). JWP first on bench was not enough to stop the destruction

Serves me right for trying to go differential! My plan A had been Eriksen > Mané (-4) to go alongside my Salah TC .... you live and learn 😆

Ward-Prowse luckily so it could have been worse. Still it's these little things that I've been getting wrong all season

Now what do to with Jamie Vardy? He didn't actually look great for 85 minutes today and because Arsenal had to push men forward it played right into Vardy's hands.

With Man City then Chelsea up next, are you keeping or selling? I'm thinking Vardy and Brooks to Rashford and B.Silva (2FT)

He looked very good and fit... Constantly made runs in behind and it was only a matter of time before he scored.

Exactly the same situation as you but with Fraser instead of Brooks. My planned transfers are Trippier, Fraser, Vardy -> Laporte, Bilva, Rashford
