Manchester City and Chelsea are likely to be the teams at the forefront of the Gameweek 37 captaincy debate.
Both teams have appealing home fixtures this weekend, with Leicester City coming to the Etihad Stadium and Watford visiting Stamford Bridge.
Sergio Aguero (£11.9m) has more goals at home than any other forward this season, while the Foxes have not kept a clean sheet on the road since Gameweek 21 – before Brendan Rodgers took charge from Claude Puel.
The fact that the Argentinian found the net for the first time since Gameweek 32 on Sunday afternoon, he will certainly be in the minds of our voters.
The latest captain poll is now open and users can cast their choices either embedded in the article below or in the sidebar of our website.
Raheem Sterling (£11.6m) is likely to be another go-to option, despite registering just an assist in his last three Premier League outings.
He still has a 66.9% ownership among the top 10,000 managers, just 6% shy of Aguero.
A potential differential for Gameweek 37 could be Eden Hazard (£10.9m), and it will be interesting to see how much traction his cause becomes in the next few days.
The meeting with Watford on Sunday afternoon could conceivably be the Belgian’s last in a Chelsea shirt at Stamford Bridge, which might bring the best out of him.
However, Hazard has home form to back that sentiment up, with 47 points in his last four in front of his own fans.
That averages out at 11.75 points per game in that time, while Watford are without a clean sheet on the road since Gameweek 25.
Despite scoring five times on Huddersfield at Anfield on Friday, it is possible that a trip to Newcastle might put some managers off Liverpool options for Gameweek 37.
However, the Magpies have just one clean sheet at home since Gameweek 28, and with Premier League safety now secured the stakes are not quite as high for Rafa Benitez’s side.
Sadio Mané‘s (£10.1m) goal threat has largely been limited to Anfield matches this season, but Mohamed Salah (£13.3m) has more away goals than any other midfielder this season.
Manchester United’s visit to Huddersfield could present an opportunity for some differential captains.
The Terriers have now conceded 15 goals in their last four matches, at an average of 3.75 per game.
They are the perfect opponents for the Red Devils to face as they hope to book a finishing place in the division’s top four and claim Champions League football.
Paul Pogba (£8.5m) and Romelu Lukaku (£10.7m) will probably the ones that are looked at, although Marcus Rashford (£7.3m) is sure to be considered if he is passed fit.
Meanwhile, the form player in the league is Jamie Vardy (£9.0m) with the same number of goals in eight matches under Brendan Rodgers than in the 28 before that.
Such incredible form could see him act as a differential captain once again, even if Leicester travel to face Manchester City in Gameweek 37.
Raúl Jiménez (£6.9m) might also be looked at with Fulham coming to Molineux although the Cottagers have now recorded three clean sheets in a row.

ML rival 47 pts behind. He has Hazard, Sterling, Wilson, Rondon as main differentials vs. Son. B.Silva, Aguero, Jimenez. Cant really fit in Hazard without a hit. I also have TC chip still in pocket. Should I just try to do Mane -> Hazard and Murray - > Rondon for -4 (exact funds atm) Or should I try to do something else?
My team below
Ryan
TAA - Laporte - Jonny
Son - Mane - Salah - Redmond - B.Silva
Aguero - Jimenez
Foster - Murray - Duffy - Valery
