Our series of team-by-team refresher articles continues with a look at Manchester United, as the clock ticks down on the Fantasy Premier League resumption in June.

Taking data from Gameweeks 24-29 as a jumping-off point for wider discussion, we will be analysing the Red Devils’ prospects for the season run-in and pinpointing the Fantasy assets who could prosper in the remaining nine Gameweeks.

United certainly have one of the more appealing fixture schedules in Gameweeks 30+ to 38+, playing only one of the ‘big six’ and half a dozen of the clubs currently in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

In decent form shortly before coronavirus stopped play, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will also welcome back Marcus Rashford (£8.8m) and Paul Pogba (£8.3m) from injury when we recommence this month.

      That looks pretty well set up. If there are any weak links than most likely Mings and Hanley. Wouldn't expect more than 4 points from Mings.
      Could also imagine to upgrade D. Silva and Grealish, but this is just a personal feeling as I don't trust both on consistency

      I've had him since GW1, would love to keep him but Auba and Kun seem essentials this week. It's difficult to keep him if you've also got the likes of KDB and Sterling too. I think most like me have Jimenez in the third striker slot and want him for the remaining games. They also have significant value tied up in him and it seems a waste to switch him out just for the DGW.

      My front 3 will be Rash, Jimi and DCL going forward.

          There is that plus alright,fair point. Just put Button, Simpson both 3.9 and a filler fodder mid to save a few quid. Gonna stick Douglas Luiz in at 4.4 and prob bench him until WC a few GWs in.

            Exactly, I would then be returning to the team that I have got and still have a WC if things get crap and a bench boost to play later on.

    Mings or Targett? Mings guaranteed to play 180 where as Targett maybe starts 1 and benched for the other? Obv target far higher ceiling for pts

      I'm not sure why people think Targett will be benched, he's got 60+ mins in 20 out of 23 games, and the turnaround isn't that quick (4 days). But I am very doubtful of clean sheets for Villa or attacking returns from Targett (1 assist every 10 games) so maybe Mings is the better option, bank those 3 or 4 points.
