Haller leads West Ham attack as Fulham visit London Stadium

David Moyes has trusted Sebastien Haller (£6.1m) with the centre-forward role as West Ham host Fulham in Gameweek 8.

The Frenchman has been filling in for the stricken Michail Antonio (£6.2m), this his second consecutive start since his colleague’s hamstring injury against Manchester City.

Offered another shot at that role, it means suggestions of Jarrod Bowen (£6.3m) operating as a false-nine, at least from the beginning, have been dashed.

He has been deployed on the right-hand side of attacking midfield, Pablo Fornals (£6.4m) the man on the other side.

Moyes keeps faith with the 3-4-3 formation that has led to so many positive performances recently, which features Arthur Masuaku (£4.5m) and Vladimir Coufal (£4.5m) as the wing-backs and Aaron Cresswell (£5.1m) on the left-hand side of the back-three.

Fulham go with the same front-four who starred in their recent 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion.

That sees Aleksandar Mitrovic (£5.8m) leads the Cottagers’ line with Ademola Lookman (£5.0m) and Bobby De Cordova-Reid (£5.3m) either side of Tom Cairney (£5.3m) in attacking midfield.

    Hmm almost took a hit for Zaha > Ziyech this week but ended up 2 points better off. Not the worst considering it could have been a monster haul

    Brought him in last night before his rise so I guess i got that going for me, which is nice.

    If youre too reliant on assists it limits your ceiling

      Yes, there are many occasions in which he could have taken shots. But he will he thinks he is likely to score. That curler was going in if it weren't for the block. He needs to be more selfish.

    Son to anyone atm just seems a bit jerky to me. Spurs have bagged big against United and Southampton already this season and tbh City, Chelsea Liverpool etc are not exactly watertight atm.

        They conceded today against a poor Sheffield United. They conceded 3 to West Brom with Silva in the side so in effect you are saying that Mendy is making all the difference. They also conceded 3 against Southampton. Suprs could easily bag a few the was Son and Kane are going

    Robbo and Zaha out Kilman and Bruno in for 2FT

    Next GW save

    After that DCL and Son out KDB and Bam Bam in?

    DCL fixtures are terrible so I might part with him at least temporarily.

    It will give me:

    Chilwell Justin Lamptey Mithcel Kilman
    KDB Salah Bruno Grealish (fodder)
    Bam Bam Kane Antonio

    That means I will keep Kane and part with Son and get all the big hitters in mid like Salah KDB and Bruno

    What you think? Will give me one extra GW to reases Son and Kane. I will sell Zaha, that is the risk I know, but Son is more explosive and I fancy him against City at home compared to Zaha away at Burnley with Mee and Tarkowski back.

        Cheers TM. Firmino is still a top player, but he has been below averagr for a long time. I was looking to bring in Jota with the turn of fixtures for them to partner Salah. Think he has a case to do extremely well.
