As more of the premium Fantasy Premier League assets return to their clubs following the World Cup, the debate over which of them to include has ramped up this week.
Mohamed Salah, Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero and Eden Hazard have all been at the centre of discussions while Everton seem to be the team everybody is talking about.
Here’s the latest from our community this week.

Rossi3254 broke down the arguments for and against Harry Kane, while MathewNixon examined the potential impact of Marco Silva on Everton’s FPL assets.
The Hottest Topics
The old debate of form versus fixtures was the subject of much debate this week as Marko Arnautovic (£7.0m) continues to perform well ahead of some difficult matches with West Ham in 2018/19. Original Pirate Material believes he can still score against the big teams.
With Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) returning to match action with Liverpool this week, naturally there were several conversations concerning the Egyptian. Sanchit put out a request for the pros and cons of owning Salah and whether there were any advantages to leaving him out.
Deulofale was keen to sample thoughts on which assets outside of Salah (and Alexis Sanchez) managers are consdering captaining in the first two Gameweeks.
Another big-name player to get the ‘yes or no’ treatment this week was Sergio Aguero (£11.0m). Mikeharbrw began the discussion on whether the Manchester City man is worth having this season. Final Fantasy XI asked the same question of Eden Hazard.
With Liverpool’s defence looking strong this year, Berbinho’s Forehead drew attention to the case for investing in goalkeeper Alisson Becker (£5.5m). On the other side of the river Mersey, plenty of Everton options have been catching our eye too.
Finally, we have already started to cast our minds a few weeks into the 2018/19 season as Geoff asked the community when they were planning on using their first Wildcard.
Members Tables
manchesterfordutd looked at a way of comparing midfielders for their ability to either score or assist in his latest table.
Meanwhile, choppers13 analysed the form of players from the second half of 2017/18 to see which of them can pick up where they left off next term.

A reminder to all that we always welcome new Community Article submissions. It is best to email me when submitting a Community Article, as there isn’t currently an automated notification letting us know it has been submitted.
Equally, if you have an idea for a Hot Topic or discussion that needs more visibility, feel free to flag it or email me directly: geoff@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.
And finally, another reminder to use your voting powers. Upvotes help mods spot useful content, as we often use the ‘Sort By: Rating’ functionality, which we can then sticky or Hot Topic it. This is increasingly important as we approach the beginning of the season!
