Those who sign up to Fantasy Football Scout in 2019/20 will have access to more Members articles than in any previous season.

We’ve upped our game for these exclusive pieces of content for the new campaign and are looking forward to bringing you a greater level of analysis each week.

But do not worry, this increase in output won’t just help you out throughout the whole season, we’ve already put out plenty of Members articles throughout the summer.

    Thoughts?

    Ederson/Button
    Robbo/VVD/Digne/Guilbert/Montoya (rotating 4.5s)
    Salah/Sterling/Siggy/McGinn (Donck)
    Wilson/Deeney (Greenwood)

    One Q:

    A) Ederson/Guilbert
    B) Heaton/Zinc + .5

I'd be tempted by Ederson to a 4.5 (Heaton as good as any) and Siggy to KDB. He looks sharp, unlike Everton.

Don't have him in my team by the way.

I had something similar for a while but it felt too out of balance. though i was trying to still squeeze in zinchenko.

have any 6.0 FWDs you like?

yeah, i’ve considered it. don’t really like their early fixtures.

ultimately like adams more and have him on the watch list.

        3 transfers in gameweek 3 : Origi to 6.5

Fraser downgrade to which ever 6.5 performing..

Like punt and origi as likely as other 5.5 to get something?

Montreal i think not bad value can always be dowgraded to 4.5

    Ryan
    Digne VVD TAA AWB
    Salah Sterling - -
    - King

    Subs: Button, Kelly, Greenwood, Dendonker

    A) Fraser, Townsend, Vardy
    GW2: Townsend to Grealish

    B) KDB Perez, Jota

Maybe downgrade Wan-Bissaka, go with B and turn Jota into someone who hasn't traveled thousands of miles immediately before the game.

What chance of Origi starting in GW1? I'm guessing it's likely, since there's a good chance that one of Firmino or Mane will still be working on match fitness.

What chance of Origi starting in GW2? Probably pretty low, I'm thinking.

Haven’t decided tbh. Was looking at Trossard, Barkley, Wilson, Ceballos, Robinson, McGinn.

    3. Ask Yourself
      • 10 Years
      7 years, 23 days ago

Very good we are staying strong with Robinson together he will come good I am certain, he has to.
Love the defence, midfield and attack. Just not overly confident in your GK think i’d Take the easy way out and do Pickford > heaton and Robinson > Perez
I also think Rico is a better 4m defender for what it’s worth as I really doubt Lundstram plays 1st team football for SHU this season. You are of course G2G

      1. Davido989
        • 16 Years
        7 years, 23 days ago

That's what I initially had, but wanted to have some different picks to everyone else.

        Rico first choice?

        1. Ask Yourself
          • 10 Years
          7 years, 23 days ago

Fair Robinson can do the trick I think, Perez fixtures tougher than we are all hoping for.

Rico spent the whole of pre season playing with the 1st team defence and even in their last game when Daniels was fit too Rico played alongside Ake Cook and Smith.
Maybe he is a few bad performances away from the bench but he is the best we have and certainly better than Lunny who has Freeman, Morrison and Duffy to compete with

I'd downgrade AWB (because I don't like their opening run of fixtures) to Zouma (since he now seems like a likely Chelsea starter at 5.0 or Ake) and upgrade Lundstram or Dendoncker. Maybe downgrade Pickford too to a 4.5. Otherwise a good team.

    Ryan (Button)

    TAA, Laporte, VVD, Cathcart (Kelly)
    Pulisic, Perez, Salah(C), Sterling, (Hayden)
    Wilson, Ings, (Murray)

Thinking the tinkering is done? Other than Cahilll signing at CP and maybe moving off Kelly any other ideas on direct replacements? RMT is pretty nice.

Thank you for your feedback. Funny, I am American and usually get criticized for being really hard on our players but he was my one stretch. I agree about Murray he just still produces at such a good price. I really think Wilson could break out this year almost like Vardy did the year Leicester won it. I keep feeling like I can find some more value in Def somewhere

          • 10 Years
          7 years, 23 days ago

Pulisic seems awesome, you might be right on that!

As for value on defence, only option for me if I had your team would be Laporte. Maybe, just maybe, Laporte-Spurs/United def for 5.5. I don't like that, but then again, it's an option.

          Good luck!

      Gomez most likely

      Robertson VVD Gomez TAA

Sometimes Gomez takes TAA RB position and replaced by Matip and possible Lovren.

Other times TAA still plays but Gomez is replaced by Matip/Love an

Robertson+VVD 100% nailed. Followed by TAA then Gomez and Matip

I think I'm kind of done with the structure. Now with the better picks. I guess I'll need few votes

    1. Moura+King Or Fraser+Deeney?
    2. Zouma Or KWP?

    1. sirmorbach
      • 10 Years
      7 years, 23 days ago

      1. A because I don't fancy Deeney, but I also don't fancy transfers just waiting to be made (e.g. Moura). Maybe Fraser + Jota, or Adams/Wesley/Ings + 0.5?

      2. KWP. Again, not a fan of transfers just waiting to be made, but I'm not even sure Zouma will start GW1.

Either Fraser/Jota or Fraser/Adams + 0.5 for me. But if you're confident on Moura go with your gut, I may be wrong!

As for the defenders, I like Guilbert/Cathcart. Zouma at 5.0 but not quite sure he plays..

          Good luck!

The thing for me is that moura is a striker and not a midfielder. When he plays, Kane goes deeper. I might punt on him.

If I'm sure Zouma is nailed I'll go for him. I'll keep checking until deadline

Zouma. He's a bargain in what should be a strong Chelsea defence. KWP has the spot temporarily.

I suspect so. There's some chance Christensen might start, but chance are low. Luiz going to Arsenal makes Zouma's place more secure.

Just had a think though and those first two are very tasty. Arsenal at home is a nice one for an OOP midfielder that is horrible to defend against. Then he has Norwich away and they were a poor defence even in the championship!

Finally feeling good, what do we think?:
    Heaton (Button)

    Jota, King (Greenwood)

I'd go Coleman and upgrade one of Kelly/Lundstram. Or maybe King-Adams/Wesley/Ings.

Coleman is tempting plus an upgrade to one of my 4.0 DEF.

I like King for the pens and Bournemouth's inevitable 5-4 wins.

I personally prefer the security of starts Ryan/Button brings.. combined with good initial fixtures. No one else can provide that for the same money! Other than that it looks good.

What do you reckon to mine:

      Ryan
      TAA | VVD | Zinc | Digne
      Salah | Fraser | Sterling | Pérez
      Wilson | Jota

      Or

      Salah | Moura | Sterling | Pérez
