This Auba article alerted me to Rashford. It seems to me that value-wise he edges it over Martial. I'm currently now holding Rashford, and Greenwood in my midfield - with KDB and Foden (plus Aguero and my Big Red 3 at the back)

There is the problem that we have to start comparing what we get for extra money spend. Doherty is better than Vinaigre, but costs 1.5 million extra. Soucek is 5.0. So which do you want?

A) Doherty + Soucek
B) Foden + Vinagre

Could see Doherty & Laporte getting 170 for 6.0

VVD could push for 185+ at 6.5

But Vinagre & Taylor could get 130’s for 4.5 too

6-8m attackers will do very well to get 180-200

A mix of maybe 3 expensive defs and 2x 4.5’s in a back 4 maybe?

Would still allow KDB, Bruno & 10.5 & 8.5 striker slots then too

Take a look at the Value Season filter on the FPL website, which divides points earned last season by this seasons player value.

There is just one mid (Lunstram who's position has now changed) and 4 mids (only Ayew under 8.0m) with a rating over 21.5 points per million, but there are 14 defenders with that rating or higher.
