    If and it’s a big If that Haaland scores big then non owners will absolutely only have themselves to blame.

      Agree and I’m a non owner for two weeks. But if you go the races you don’t always stick your pound on the odds on horse even if you think it is more likely to win; sometimes you punt on an outsider because you’re there to have fun.

        He’s also been anonymous 4 weeks in a row though. How long do you hold onto an expensive underperforming asset when there’s other options?

        Eriksen and Casemiro absences have certainly played a part in his poor form. But United as a whole have looked less than great.

        I binned him for Grealish, who also has several doubles on the horizon. Would rather cut my losses personally.

    I've changed my mind and going to play the EO game. If I captain Haaland, I gain points. If I don't 8 probably lose them. I'll gain points from Watkins whether I captain or not, so surely having two players you gain from makes most sense?

      After going against Haaland enough times earlier in the season, I'm just gonna play it safe. Rashford did punish at home vs Leicester though when Haaland blanked away at Forest!

    If it helps anyone with their captain choice, I’m avoiding all teams that played last weekend and midweek. 3 games in a week is a lot and line-ups/results can be unpredictable.

    That leaves me with Saka(liv), Haaland(sou) or Grealish(sou).

    Saka - was on him earlier in the week. Just a little doubt if the pressure of going to Anfield top of the table while Man City play first (and should win) will affect Arsenal.

    Haaland - obvious captain but will he start and get 60 mins or 30 mins from the bench?

    Grealish - often wasteful in front of goal, he’s in a really good moment right now having scored and assisted last weekend. He also chased back and made a great defensive interception vs Liverpool so I think Pep is delighted with him. The threat of rotation and reduced mins loom with Bayern on Tuesday but do City even have an alternative on the left?

    So, TLDR; Grealish(c).
