Summer signings may be key to Everton’s FPL appeal

The Toffees sit top our Season Ticker over this time, meeting only two of the ‘big six’ between now and the end of December.

      He's always one bad performance away from being benched. And is quite often the first to be subbed when things go wrong.

      I rather be late than early with him. Cheap as chips, more of a wait and see.

          I've said all preseason whoever gets the nod as the main striker for Chelsea for £7m is a bargain.
          Previous seasons a Chelsea striker would cost you £10m+.
          Abraham seems to be the one, suits Lampards style the most of the options available.

          £6.5 gets you King, Jota, Wood etc - for an extra 0.5m you get the first choice striker of a top six team.

            No other striker in any of those top six teams you speak of have scored 9 goals - Kiwi Chris Wood has and bargain price to boot...

        I would of like to have seen more of Tammy in pre season. Batshuayi and Giroud (just a little) getting more minutes doesn't reassure me even if it is just a trivial thing.

          I believe Abraham came back later, and had some kind of throat infection, which made him miss the first few friendlies.
          He's started the last two I believe, and just seems the most suited to Chelsea style.

    Started to contemplate:

    2 x Pool def
    Salah
    Sterling
    Aguero
    Kane

    Mainly due to how far ahead of the pack pool and city are, trouble is rest of the team is filler and fodder

      People on here are addicted to two pool defenders. There is absolutely no guarantee they will start the seson with many clean sheets.

        Everyone on here in the last hour and a lot (rightly) skeptical. It'll only take a Rashford hattrick or kdb charity shield masterclass to sway things over next couple of days. He'll be higher than 3% yeah but nowhere near the heights of awb come gw1

          Hope not. Only have a space for a 6 mil mid so worked out perfect really. Not sure id choose him over most of the 6.5 or 7s if I had cash. 6 mil is virtually risk free though but not the best price point

        Well Chelsea’s fixtures are unbelievable after gw1 compared to Watford, and I don’t see mane as a downgrade to salah I see them as fairly equal but a bit cheaper
