Which Spurs players are worth owning in FPL this season?

Tottenham Hotspur players are causing some Fantasy Premier League managers dilemmas at the start of the season.

They have a favourable opening fixture at home to Aston Villa but with a trip to Manchester City in Gameweek 2 and relatively expensive price points, their assets could be the ones to miss out on those initial teams.

However, there are some encouraging reasons to own some of Mauricio Pochettino’s players at the start of the new campaign.

In this article we assess Spurs’ defensive and attacking potential based on last season’s underlying statistics.

As this analysis uses data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area, only those who have signed up for the 2019/20 season can access it in full.

    Just did Pope to Ryan as I was getting twitchy with the (very small) rotation risk. Ryan also better short term fixtures. Looking good (& template) to start?

      One of the first names in my team after salah and sterling. Takes all pens and most free kicks from what i remember. They are mostly won by zaha though so see if he goes.

      I have Wilson and am averse to doubling up but might bring in Fraser because a lot of the Hall of Famers seem to have him. Last season they all had Mane and I went with Firmino. Learnt my lesson.
