Gameweek 38 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) is where overall ranks are etched onto your season history page and where mini-leagues are settled.

Hits will be taken, captaincy punts will be gambled on and the occasional chip will be deployed. Or perhaps you’re doing none of these things, sitting tight while all around you opt for the all-or-nothing approach.

      Can't see Gerrard weakening his Villa team in any way , certainly not in order to help City beat Pool to the title . Personally I'd have thought the opposite , he will do everything he can to stop city winning the title surely .

    It seems quite likely Richarlison doesn't start. I don't have any decent bench cover for him, so it makes taking some sort of hit an easy decision for me. But question is which one and how big a hit?
