The scoring system is similar to Fantasy Premier League (FPL) but there are now rewards for ball recoveries, long-range goals and winning a penalty. A further difference is that captains and line-ups can be tweaked mid-Matchday.

    Playing a local version of Euro Fantasy 2024 quite similar to FPL in terms of the point system. Only difference is that your only awarded 2 pts for a CS.

    Would you go for:

    A) Gundogan and Mittelstadt
    B) Wirtz and a turkey/switzerland defender

    I've had my team set for about a week now and this Mbappe news has thrown a spanner in the works. I've grown attached to the team at this stage so I'm reluctant to change it. Mbappe will probably play anyway. Will have to remember this for FPL next season.

      Is Frimpong nailed? Not sure about Bayindir either on nailedness. Why DiLorenzo over Dimarco? Other than that it looks good.

        Frimpong not nailed, but will know the lineups before confirming captaincy. I don't know enough about anything coz I'm doing this all last-minute, but it's my understanding that, all else being equal, players who are priced higher are expected to score more, so Di Lorenzo is better than Dimarco! And it's news to me about Bayindir, so thanks for bringing that to my attention. I could downgrade Musiala and/or Di Lorenzo

      Noce differentials but I domt like Italy attack. I think they will hardly score 1 goal. There are better more explosive picks for that price lile Depay maybe.

      Rest I like very much. I went with Dumfries but that is 50/50 between him and Frimpong.

    My FPL system has been such a disaster playing conservatively that I'm kind of tempted to blow it all up. So unless someone tells me one of these guys isn't nailed, I'm done tinkering and going with:

    Verbruggen (Lunin)
    TAA - Mittelstadt - Dimarco - Frimpong (Faes)
    Wirtz - Szob - Mudryk (Khvicha, Bruno)
    Kane - Mbappe - Havertz

    Out of the box, but just adjacent to it 😀
