I play in a ghost team league with no subs, transfers or captains.

As long as none of your players leave the Prem or get a career-ending injury in the first gameweek, it's a lot less stressful. It's also easier to predict who gets the most points over a whole season than it is to try to time players' points.

You could move to Australia. Often the deadline is wee hours here so it's usually a case of set and forget. Sometimes a positive, sometimes a negative
