    First Limitless MD3 draft:

    Donnarumma
    Alba, Rodriguez, Emerson*
    KDB, Hazard, Gnabry, Yarmolenko, Chiesa*
    Rashford, Yaremchuk

    Courtois; Laporte, Gosens, Muller.

Expecting Emerson and Chiesa to come in for Italy but we'll get the lineup anyway so can just switch to Spinazzola or Insigne if they start again. Rashford will be Kane if England don't beat Scotland.

Looks good, as you say we’ll know the Italy lineup beforehand so that sorts itself. I’ll need to keep tabs on England for my wildcard team as well, I like the Rashford pick.

Cheers. Yeah once Rashford doesn't start tonight which I don't think he will I'd expect him to start that last game and be on pens if Kane is rested.

      Good. I quite like it.

I don't think Courtois will start though and double Spain defense + triple Germany means you don't take advantage of rotations as well.

The loading on Spain/Germany players is a good point about subs, something I need to be aware of too.

This is pretty much my time too. But then now I have to change things for rotations as well.

Tinkering around with MD3 wildcard and trying to find a decent few differentials is proving difficult. Any thoughts on this first attempt?

    Cakir, Schmeichel
    Alba, Gosens, Wass, Wijndal, P.Torres
    KDB, Hazard, Olmo, Gnabry, Berrardi
    Yaremchuk, Muller, Malen

Very nice. I think Berardi will be rotated but we'll know before the deadline. Any ideas on who you'd replace him with if he doesn't start?

Chiesa would’ve been the idea but funds don’t permit as is, will still take some tinkering. Not sure if I’ll need some England players as well.

I think on Limitless it's okay. On WC it's not because it hurts your budget for all the other positions.

tbf, thats not such an issue with some 6m strikers knocking about who might play for the top teams (malen, moreno, batman etc)

Hazard might be the one to go, but there should be value elsewhere for a single week. There aren’t many higher value players I’d be itching to get as it stands except for maybe Kane.

I have no interest from fantasy perspective and don't care who wins, so would like to think I'm unbiased...and I'm adamant that if you give that you will need to give several every game, so it shouldn't be given

already used limitless my team is currently:
    Ronaldo - Lewandowski - Lukaku
    Berardi - C. Eriksen - Wijinaldum - F. Torres - Nego
    J. Mæhle - P. Torres - J Denayer - S. Ristovski - Alioski
    Hradecky - Bachmann

Im thinking if maybe i can safe my team with 2 transfer - C. Eriksen out for S. Gnabry or KDB maybe and downgrade one of the strikers or C. Eriksen for cheaper midfielder and try to upgrade one of the defenders. But im worried about Lukaku, Berardi for example not playing, Ronaldo against France is also not optimal so maybe I need to use the wildcard. What do you guys think, wildcard or not to wildcard?

Shaw LB makes infinitely more sense than Trippier

If he had just put Trippier RB instead of James and dropped Sterling for Grealish he’d have pretty much the strongest XI

    1. RogDog_jimmy
      • 3 Years

      Sterling was great last game.
I get his form for City wasn’t good but he was super threatening against Croatia.
Him and Foden off Kane really is a great front 3.

Heard the logic of Trippier was because they wanted a senior player next to Mings and the wing backs were going to sit deeper against Croatia. Makes some sense - having a deep squad allows for different plans.

      1. Maximus Bonimus Pointimus
        • 14 Years
        2 years, 9 months ago

I wasn’t impressed by him vs Croatia - Grealish would have been able to do so much more with the ball Sterling got

England managed 2 shots on target and had no clear cut chances in the game…

Team performance would be much better with Grealish instead of him imo
